Although the location is good, I would not return to this hotel nor recommend it to others.

Nothing to say about the hotel other than that the Staff were very courteous.

Very disappointed with the property, 1. Bathroom cleanliness lacking. Ceramic tiles falling off and sharp edge next to the toilet. 2. Bed not comfortable. Also no comforter on the bed, only a very thin blanket. Only 2 pillows which were not comfortable. 3. Mini bar fridge not turned on, and when turned on it does not get cold. 4. Breakfast consisted of a very poor selection from a limited menu. 5. Value for money - Website charged very high price for a very poor hotel. I would have expected for the rate charged that the hotel was at-least 3-4 star rated. The room was very dated, reminiscent of the 1970's - badly needs renovating. If I had not had paid by credit card before seeing the room, I would have looked for another place to stay. 6. Noise from the street was shocking throughout the night. 7. Curtains allowed light to stream into the room from 5.30am. 8. Floor was dirty. Not cleaned properly by housekeeping. 9. Shower not cleaned by housekeeping. 10. Two towels provided were old. 1 was hard and the other was falling apart. 11. The room desk had no power sockets nearby so I had to drag it across the room to where there was a power socket to connect to my laptop.

was ok but not happy other times we stayed there was excellent but this one very upsetting

Staff n breakfast were excellent

The room we wanted we wanted was to have a couch that open up to a bed including a bed But once we got there we were told room was unavailable funny how it was when i went online a paid for the room with bed n couch that opens up to a bed very upset there n as far as having room clean the maid used a towel to mop the floor in the bathroom leaving it nasty looking i was in room 504 i also kept telling the front desk that as i showered the water was leaking out into the bedroom floor i told front desk explained where leak was n how to fix it by just clear sealing it like chalking no response it was lucky i didn’t fall

Could have been better

The location was good

The room was dirty and poorly maintained and the breakfast was worst. They didn’t get be enough to eat and after serving the breakfast the staff disappeared so that we will not ask for more.

Nice 3 star centrally located hotel with nice rooms and great service

Bed very comfortable . The room was very spacious including the bathroom. Breakfast basic but very nice, staff friendly and very efficient. Overall a lovely stay close to teh main city areas.

We didnt avail the breakfast due to early check out.

We didnt avail the breakfast due to early check out.. We are not inform that we can only get the breakfast from 7-10am only.. Whice iam really disappointed. I seek and pay a room with breakfast. Yet we didnt get it.
